1. Seller
The seller and owner of the online store is IK “LEDFRAMES”, registration number 40002225320, address: Cietokšņa iela 55A-21, Daugavpils, LV-5401, Latvia. Email: info@ledframes.eu, phone / WhatsApp: +371 25547706.
2. Scope and mandatory rights
These Terms govern use of the website, ordering, payment, order acceptance, production, delivery, cancellation, returns and complaints. Mandatory consumer rights under European Union law and applicable national law prevail over any conflicting provision.
3. Product information
The main characteristics, price, available options, compatibility and known limitations are shown on the product page or during checkout. The customer must review the description and installation requirements before payment.
4. Personalisation and customer materials
Before payment, the customer must check all text, spelling, images, logos, colours, quantity, size, placement and other selected parameters. By uploading any material, the customer confirms that they hold all rights and permissions required for its use.
The Seller may reject any unlawful, offensive, technically impossible or potentially infringing design and may request evidence of the right to use submitted materials.
5. Preview and permitted variations
The preview shows the intended result and records the agreed parameters. Minor colour variations may occur because of screen settings, lighting and material properties. This does not exclude liability for a material difference between the delivered product and the confirmed order.
6. Price, taxes and payment
The total price, applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges are displayed before payment. Payment is made in advance through Stripe. LEDFRAMES does not store the full card number or CVC.
7. Receipt and acceptance of orders
An order is considered received by the Seller after successful payment and assignment of an order number. An automated payment confirmation confirms receipt of the order but does not unconditionally confirm that every personalised design can be produced and delivered.
The Seller may review the design, availability of materials, technical feasibility, price accuracy, delivery feasibility, safety and compliance with applicable requirements.
8. Cancellation by the Seller
The Seller may cancel an order after it has been placed where the order cannot be properly produced or delivered, required materials or information are unavailable, the design may violate law or third-party rights, an obvious technical error has occurred in the price, discount, quantity, product characteristics or delivery charge, payment has not been confirmed, there are reasonable indications of fraud, or another objective reason prevents proper performance of the order.
If the Seller cancels an order, the customer will be notified at the email address provided and will receive a full refund of the amount actually paid for the cancelled product and its delivery.
LEDFRAMES will initiate the refund without undue delay and no later than the mandatory deadline under applicable law. After the refund has been initiated, the actual crediting of funds may take up to 15 business days depending on the bank, payment system and payment method.
9. Changes requested by the customer
A request to change an order must be submitted immediately. The Seller will try to accommodate it where technically and operationally possible. A change may require an additional payment and a revised completion date. If the change cannot be made, the originally confirmed parameters remain binding.
10. Personalised products and right of withdrawal
A product made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised is excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. This exclusion does not apply to claims concerning a defect, damage before delivery or lack of conformity with the confirmed order.
11. Standard products and right of withdrawal
Standard non-personalised products are subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal and return procedure required by mandatory law. A withdrawal statement may be sent by email to info@ledframes.eu. Details and a model withdrawal statement are provided on the “Returns and Defects” page.
12. Production and delivery
The usual production time is 2-5 business days after payment has been confirmed and all information required to complete the order has been received. If design approval is required, the production period begins after the customer’s approval has been received.
The estimated delivery time after handover to the carrier is:
- Latvia - 1-3 business days;
- other European Union countries - 3-10 business days.
These periods are estimates and may be extended due to public holidays, remote destinations, carrier operations, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The Seller will inform the customer of a material delay. In a consumer sale, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes when the customer physically receives the product, except where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by the Seller, as provided by law.
13. Inspection on delivery
The customer is advised to inspect the packaging and product after delivery and promptly report visible damage or an error. Late notification does not remove mandatory consumer rights but may make it more difficult to establish the circumstances.
14. Statutory rights in the event of lack of conformity
The consumer may submit a claim for lack of conformity within two years from delivery and must notify the Seller no later than two months after discovering the lack of conformity where such a deadline applies under applicable law.
Where lack of conformity is confirmed, repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract will be available in accordance with law. Remedies are provided free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
15. Commercial warranty
If a separate commercial warranty is offered for a product, its conditions will be provided separately. Any commercial warranty is additional and does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights in the event of lack of conformity.
16. Installation, voltage and use
Standard LED frames are designed for 12 V power. A 24 V version is available only where that option is expressly selected and confirmed in the order. Before connection, the customer must check the operating voltage stated in the order and on the product.
Connecting a 12 V product to a 24 V system, or using another incompatible power source, may damage the product and is not a manufacturing defect where a causal connection is established.
The customer must follow the instructions, polarity, connection, fuse, moisture protection and compatibility requirements. The Seller is not responsible for damage directly caused by incorrect installation, incompatible power, defective vehicle electrics, mechanical impact, unauthorised modification, use contrary to instructions or normal wear and tear. This exclusion applies only where a causal connection is established.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect business losses, loss of profit or consequences of using the product for an unintended purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct, death or personal injury.
18. Force majeure
A party is not liable for delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If performance becomes permanently impossible, the customer will be refunded for the unperformed part of the order.
19. Complaints and response time
Complaints must be sent to info@ledframes.eu. The Seller will provide a written reasoned response no later than 15 business days after receiving the written complaint, unless applicable law requires a shorter period.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection granted by the law of the country of their habitual residence. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes in writing. A consumer may contact PTAC, an appropriate consumer alternative dispute resolution body, the European Consumer Centre or a competent court.
21. Electronic records and versions of the Terms
The Seller may retain the order number, payment date and time, selected parameters, final preview, correspondence, order status and the version of the Terms accepted at checkout. These records may be used to establish the content and performance of the contract.
22. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
