1. About this policy
This policy explains which cookies, local storage, session storage and similar technologies may be used on the LEDFRAMES website, why they are used and how they can be managed.
2. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. LocalStorage and sessionStorage allow the website to retain technical information in the browser. These technologies may be necessary for the shopping cart, checkout, security, payment functions and saved user settings.
3. Strictly necessary technologies
Without separate consent, only technologies objectively necessary to provide a service requested by the user may be used, including saving the cart and checkout draft, protecting the website, maintaining an administrative session, preventing abuse and technically enabling payment through Stripe.
4. Analytics and other optional technologies
Optional analytics, advertising and other third-party technologies are not activated before consent is obtained where such consent is required by law. Refusing optional technologies must not prevent ordinary browsing or purchasing.
5. Server-side statistics
LEDFRAMES may maintain its own server-side statistics for security and website improvement, including page views, approximate country, device type, referral source and a pseudonymous identifier. A plain IP address is not retained in the analytics table longer than necessary for technical processing and security.
6. Consent management
Where optional technologies are used, the user can give, refuse or withdraw consent through the cookie settings panel. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Browser settings
Cookies and website data can be deleted or blocked in browser settings. Clearing them may remove the shopping cart, selected settings and an unfinished order. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent the website from functioning correctly.
8. Third-party providers
When Stripe, hosting, database, email or other technical providers are used, some technologies may be set by those providers to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service. The current list of technologies actually used should be displayed in the cookie panel or the website’s technical register.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when technologies or legislation change. The current revision date is shown at the top of the page.
